I focus on photographing how things can be seen rather than what they seem to be.
Working mostly in public spaces, I’m drawn to reflections, light, and layers . A window, a shadow, or a surface can turn an obvious moment into something a little less certain. I’m interested in the spaces that can shift depending on how long you look at it.
People appear in most of my images, not as the sole subject but more often as part of a larger structure—framed or obscured.
Ultimately, it’s about my using the camera as a means of recording a scene that creates the unexpected.
